Concept

Not a gym. A boutique studio with soul.

Clients don't come to us for the machines. They come for the trainers, the group and the atmosphere. We give movement back its real meaning: a body that works well, not a chase for looks. That is exactly why the concept travels to any town.

  • Small groups

Up to 20 people per session. The trainer knows everyone by name and corrects every movement.

  • Movement as medicine

Pilates, yoga, strength training, HIIT, Physio Fit and breathing workshops. Function comes first.

  • For every generation

Children's programmes and camps, Fit Mama, seniors and performance groups. The studio is alive from morning till evening.

  • Community and chill zone

A bar, reception and lounge area make the studio a place people love coming back to.

How it works

A simple model with low fixed risk.

You run the studio and build the local community. Head office provides the brand, the system and the know-how. Trainers are partners: you pay them per session delivered, so your biggest cost only grows together with revenue.

01 · Head office

fitplus.studio

  • Brand and visual identity
  • Booking system and CRM
  • Training methodology and timetable
  • Marketing and trainer recruitment

02 · Franchisee

Your studio

  • A space of 150 – 250 m²
  • Reception, bar and day-to-day operations
  • Timetable and class occupancy
  • Local community and partnerships

03 · Trainers

Instructors as partners

  • Lead group classes
  • Paid per session taught
  • Invoice personal training themselves
  • Trained in the fitplus methodology

Head office supplies the studio with know-how and the system, and the studio pays franchise fees to head office. The studio pays trainers a fee per session delivered, and trainers bring classes and their own clients.

Where revenue comes from

Five income streams under one roof

  1. 01

    Group classes

Single entry €7 – 9 and 10-entry passes. The core of studio revenue.

  2. 02

    Personal training

The studio keeps €10 per session and the trainer charges their own fee.

  3. 03

    Benefit cards

Multisport and similar schemes account for more than a quarter of all visits in Ilava.

  4. 04

    Companies and private groups

Closed group classes for companies and groups of friends, plus B2B partnerships.

  5. 05

    Kids, camps, workshops

Children's clubs, summer camps, breathing workshops and weekend events.

Where the money goes

The cost structure is based on real operations in Ilava. Most costs are variable, and clear rules for marketing and investment keep the studio healthy even in slower months.

  • Trainers – variable, only for sessions delivered~ 30%
  • Rent and utilities – fixed, or a revenue share for the property ownerdepends on location
  • Marketing – a fixed share of revenue10%
  • Renewal and investment – a reserve for equipment and growth10%

FAQ

What prospective franchisees ask us most.

How much does a fitplus.studio franchise cost?

The indicative investment in the studio interior and fit-out is approx. €50,000 excl. VAT and excl. rent, of which training-zone equipment is approx. €15,000. The initial franchise fee is €10,000, the ongoing royalty is 5% of revenue and the contribution to the shared marketing fund is 10% of revenue. We will send the detailed financial model on request.

Do I have to be a trainer to run a studio?

No. You need a manager's mindset – the will to lead people and look after clients. We help you recruit trainers and train them in the fitplus methodology. Trainers are partners paid per session delivered, so your biggest cost only grows together with revenue.

What kind of space and town is suitable?

A space of 150 – 250 m² with room for a training zone plus facilities: reception with bar, changing rooms, chill zone and toilets. The town should have a catchment area of at least 20,000 people, good access and parking. We assess the location together with you before the contract is signed.

What do I get from head office?

The brand and visual identity, a booking system and CRM, a methodology with 15+ class formats and a proven timetable, help with recruiting and training trainers, an opening marketing campaign including integration with benefit cards such as Multisport, and an interior layout with a proven equipment list and suppliers.

I have a suitable space but don't want to run a studio. Can I still join?

Yes. As a property owner you can provide the space to a studio and, instead of fixed rent, take a share of its revenue. We look for the studio operator together.

Where does a boutique studio's revenue come from?

Five streams: group classes (single entry €7 – 9 and 10-entry passes), personal training, benefit cards such as Multisport (more than a quarter of all visits in Ilava), closed groups for companies and friends, and children's clubs, summer camps and workshops.

What does the path to opening look like?

Six steps: an intro call, a visit to the pilot studio, location assessment, signing the contract with a budget and timeline, studio preparation (interior, trainer recruitment, pre-sale of passes) and opening with ongoing head-office support.

Where can I see a studio in person?

The pilot fitplus.studio has been operating since 2025 in Ilava, Slovakia (Pivovarská 390). A studio visit is a standard part of the process – you experience the classes, operations and atmosphere first-hand.
